Excel Synchronization
 
You can synchronize data produced by your Web Visitor ID with Excel by downloading reports and by using Copy > Paste commands to transfer stats reports into Excel. When your data is stored in Excel you can use Sort, Filter and other Excel functions to analyze results and data further.

1. You can export your Web Visitor ID reports directly into Excel using the download buttons >  Download report to Excel
 
2. You can export data values (Country stats, Analytics and Counters) to Excel by sweeping your cursor over the data values you want to transfer, right click and select Copy, then Paste into Excel.
You can download the Keywords report directly into Excel. Then use Excel's Sort to group keywords alphabetically.
