| Any subscription can be expanded by increasing the quantity of units purchased. This adds to the capacity of added URL's, shared user users, memory and search capacities. |

You can expand the capacities of your Web Visitor subscription.

You can always expand your Web Visitor ID account by purchasing additional capacity.
You can view your capacity levels within your My Account panel: |

A Super Gold level x 1 subscription will display these capacities in your Account panel:
Monthly visitors: <100,000>, Users:<20>, URL's:<20>, Search:<100,000>. |

A Super Gold level x 2 subscription will display:
Monthly visitors: 2*<100,000>, Users:2*<20>, URL's:2*<20>, Search: 2*<100,000>. |

| A Standard account can expand monthly visitor capacities only. |

To expand capacities, select the type of account and total quantity (and total capacities) you need from the Subscription page and purchase your new expanded account.
If you purchased Web Visitor ID originally from this site with a 3-monthly subscription, the previous payment schedule will be cancelled and substituted by the new payment schedule. |

| If you purchased Web Visitor ID as part of a bundle of software from another site, your expansion subscription will be ADDITIONAL to your original purchase.
|

If you purchased your subscription directly from this website and upgrade your account, there are no refunds for unused subscription periods.
* The minimum payment cycle is three months. Try and schedule any expansion you need to be as close as possible to the end of a subscription cycle.
