| When you subscribe to Web Visitor ID the “Pending” status you see in your account management area will change to “Approved” and the HTML code will start reporting. |

| When you login to your Web Visitor ID account, you see your My Account management area. |
|
| If there is no URL present in your Select URL panel, open the Add URL form, enter your web site address using the http://www..format and click Add.

| Give the HTML tracking code to your webmaster. Asks him or her to insert this code into each page
of your web site at the bottom of each page. |

| Your Web visitor ID account will commence reporting as soon as your HTML code is installed. |

| * A Primary subscriber is the account manager. The Add URL, Add User, HTML Code tabs and Spreadsheets tabs are not available to shared users. |

| When you login you see your account management window. Select your URL first to enable the report links. |
