| Memory enables you to personalize your Web Visitor software so that you can always recognize and report visitors that are especially important or of particular interest. You can add IP address, name, city, state, country, email address, telephone number and website and all the information you add is available when a visit is detected. |

| When a memorized visitor lands on your web site their visit is listed in the Memory visitors report. In Multi user mode landings of memorized visitors can be shared among all your added users. Only the primary user (the subscriber) can add or delete records in the Add Memory form for security. Memory is available in the Silver and Gold editions only. |

| With Web Visitor ID Memory also enable you to override and reveal visitor information masked by proxy servers using ISP web addresses.
With Web Visitor ID Memory you can also identify persons who are illegally logging to your private access web pages.

| How? |
Open the Memory tab and click Add Memory. Enter all the information you need concerning a particular visitor and click Add. Whenever that visitor lands on your website their visit time/date and company information will be recorded in the Memory visitors report.
